Therapeutic effects: Fenistil (dimetindene) is anti-histamine, anti-allergic and anti-pruritic remedy for oral and local application. Dimetindene is H1- histamine receptor blocker. It prevents the development of allergic reactions associated with the release of histamine, decreases permeability of capillaries, possesses anticholinergic and sedative actions.
