Drug name: Elidel (pimecrolimus)

Therapeutic effects: Elidel (pimecrolimus) is dermatotropic anti-inflammatory remedy. Elidel effectively relieves skin itching and inflammation, normalizes histopathological changes. Due to its high lipophilicity, the level of absorption is 10 times lower than in tacrolimus. Therefore, Elidel (pimecrolimus) possesses selective action on skin.
